Situational Awareness & Pathway to Violence Training

Join NEAAPA for an in-person training session, led by Black Ops Tactical Consulting, focused on enhancing situational awareness and understanding the pathway to violence within amusement parks, attractions, and entertainment environments.

This training is designed to equip leadership teams, managers, and key personnel with the knowledge and practical tools needed to identify early warning signs, recognize behavioral indicators, and take proactive steps to prevent escalation.

The primary objectives of this training are to:

• Strengthen situational awareness across all levels of operations
• Educate participants on the Pathway to Violence and how incidents develop over time
• Identify pre-incident indicators and behavioral warning signs
• Improve decision-making and response during emerging situations
• Reinforce leadership responsibility in recognizing and addressing risk
• Promote a proactive, prevention-based safety culture
